Painting, crafting, photo shooting- just a few art-related activities I’ve been up to in April. Away from my studio, my husband and I have been in the process of buying our first home! We are very excited to be moving into our very OWN House. I’ll be taking most of May to settle in and get my NEW workshop set up. Check back in June for more posts!

My niece, Isabelle Ann was born on March 22. Her auntie couldn’t wait to create a little keepsake for her.
Spring means new life…literally! We welcomed three new babies between our friends and family. What a lovely time to bless a new mom with a prepared meal and a little something that’s just for her! Who doesn’t like chocolate!? Consider buying good chocolate and sprucing it up with some paper embellishments. Perfect when you want to encourage a special person in your life to stop and smell the roses…er, taste the chocolate in this case.
I’ve been painting too! I have another textured, floral piece in progress but I’m most excited about a commission I completed this month for a friend. I was honored to be able to create a piece she could hang in her newly-painted bathroom. More on that to come!
